This weekend the New Buccaneer with Captain Brian completed the last few trips of the surprise re-opening of red snapper for 2025. Boat limits of red snapper were landed on both days. Saturday saw a catch of 192 red snapper, 368 vermillion snapper, 16 lane snapper, one king mackerel and a mixed bag of scamp grouper, red hind grouper, yellowmouth grouper, blue runner, porgy’s and a sharpnose shark.
Five loaves.
